I can't make the new re-scheduled date of January 12, 2018. Can I get a refund?
For those who had already purchased a ticket to the previous date, your tickets are still valid. Current ticket holders unable to attend, refund requests must be submitted no later than February 28, 2018. Please email email@example.com . Include your student ID, name and order number and a contact number to reach you. Once you have been contacted that your refund has been processed, it may take up to 3 business days for it to reflect to your account.

If you are a current CSUSB student buying tickets for yourself
Go to "Buy Tickets" and select the "CSUSB Student Ticket" option. You will be directed to a membership page where you must enter ONLY YOUR COYOTE ID IN ALL 3 FIELDS INSTEAD OF patron ID, first name, and last name.
Once you have added the 1 student ticket to your proceed to check out and fill out cc information.
If you are buying for yourself and guests

If it does not recognize your student ID, please notify us and if you are a valid a current student of CSUSB, your student ID will be added to a listing to be updated and you will receive an email from us letting you know of the update.

You will be able to purchase 2 tickets, and after 6pm on December 22, 2017 will be able to purchase up to 4 tickets. You have an option that says buying for someone else, and fill in their names at that time to put in their name information.

We are not doing any refunds or exchanges from guest to student tickets.

My credit card shows as invalid
Your credit card issuer may require that the first and last name match exactly to the billing address. Make sure to update the billing info to match exactly as noted on your cc card.
What time does this event start and end?
The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. If deemed necessary, entry into the venue can be shut prior to the end of the concert at the discretion of campus security to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons. Opening acts will start at 6:00 p.m., so make sure to arrive on time for the MUSIC!
Is this event free for students?
No. CSUSB students must purchase their ticket through their portal using the purchase link.
Who needs to purchase a ticket to attend?
Current CSUSB students and their guests (maximum of 2 tickets per student). Alumni, faculty & staff tickets will be available at a future date, so stay tuned!
How much do tickets cost?
CSUSB Student Tickets: $19.99- service fee is waived for 1 student ticket.
Student Guest: $39.99 + *service fee. (Must be purchased by CSUSB Student with a maximum of 2)
CSUSB Alumni, Faculty & Staff: $39.99 + *service fee
*service fee of $5.50
Where can I purchase tickets?
All tickets can be purchased through your Portal under “Quick Links” beginning Tuesday December 19th, 2018 at 6:00pm via the purchase link.
CSUSB Alumni, Faculty & Staff will be receiving an email with further instructions to purchase tickets at a later date.
How old do you have to be to attend the Winter Concert?
You must be ages 13 and over to enter the concert venue.
Do I need my CSUSB Student ID for entry?
All CSUSB Student tickets must be accompanied with a CSUSB Coyote One Card to enter the concert venue, NO EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS.
Guests ages 18 and over must have a valid government issued ID to enter the concert venue.
Guests ages 13-17 must have a valid (2017-2018) school ID or valid government issued ID to enter the concert venue.
I am having trouble purchasing my student ticket. What do I Do?
Please make sure that when you are putting in your information where it says "Student ID" "First Name" "Last Name" you put your coyote ID in each section!
Is there re-entry into the concert venue?
No. Once you are inside the venue, there is no re-entry allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS.
What can I NOT bring into this event?
NO purses, bags or backpacks

NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia or Cigarettes
NO Pets, * service dogs allowed
NO Laser pointers and air horns
NO Eye drops (available inside festival at the general store)
NO Over-the-counter medication

NO Markers, pens or spray paint
NO Large chains or spiked jewelry

NO Balls or Frisbees
NO Tents, large umbrellas, chairs or blankets

NO Stuffed animals or dolls
NO Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

Where will parking be for the event?
Parking will be LIMITED so carpooling is suggested. CSUSB Winter Parking Permits will be honored. Special Event Parking Passes will be sold on site for $10 cash only.
Can I use Uber or Lyft for drop off and pick up?
Yes, but please note, if entering parking area, concert goers will be subject to pay any parking fees.
Can I bring a friend with me that does not attend CSUSB?
Yes, guest tickets are available for purchase via your student portal. Guest tickets must be purchased by CSUSB student only. General tickets may be available at a later date once all students have had an opportunity to purchase their tickets.
Will there be water inside the event?
Yes, hydration stations will available inside the concert venue.
Lost & Found / First Aid
Lost & found will be located at the Main Entrance. All items not picked up will be available in the ASI Office (SMSU 108), and held until the March 24, 2018.
First aid and EMT services will be accessible during the event.
Will there be transportation services provided after the event?
Arrangements are being made for potential buses to bring students over from the Palm Desert Campus. Stay tuned for more details.
Where can I already purchased tickets?
Tickets will be available to print at home OR tickets can be scanned on any smart phone at the entrance door, you must specify upon purchasing your ticket if you would like a print at home ticket or for mobile. YOU MUST BRING YOUR TICKET TO THE EVENT. NOEXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS.
Can I sleep in my car or park overnight?
Daily parking passes are good until 6 a.m. on Saturday and are available for $10 at any parking distributor, so please plan accordingly. Sleeping in vehicles is not encouraged.
Will there be anywhere to store my items? . Lockers
NO. There will NOT be any lockers to store items, or leave your belongings. Please do not bring anything that you would want to lose because CSUSB and ASI will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.
Where will the entrance to the event be located?
The entrance to the event will be located at the North and South entrance of the CSUSB Athletic Fields adjacent to the Recreation and Wellness Center.
What happens if it rains?
The event is RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS. In the event that the concert needs to be moved indoors, the first 4000 attendees will be admitted entrance to the CSUSB Arena.
